What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily accepts returns on any items ordered within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned may be refunded or exchanged for other items available on this site. In order to qualify for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. In other words, items opened and used may only be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Also, we do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

What is your shipping policy?

Domestic Shipping

Payments are processed instantly on our end. If you've already paid for your order, expect to see your package in transit within 24-48 hours. This timeframe may be longer during weekends or holidays.

Depending on your order size, we typically ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are based on weight and are pre-calculated. We always try to keep shipping costs reasonable for customers by combining order shipments in larger parcels. 

International Shipping

If you are purchasing an item internationally, please make sure you are up-to-date on your country's customs fees, import duties, and taxes. We fill out every customs form to accurately represent the item and value of each parcel delivered. 

What color will my record be?

All record details are diplayed alongside item information. If any items listed are specialized and/or missing information, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll promptly update the listing. If color info is absent on a vinyl record listing, this typically means it's pressed on black vinyl.
