Refund policy
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily accepts returns on any items ordered within 30 days of delivery.
Items returned may be refunded or exchanged for other items available on this site. In order to qualify for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. In other words, items opened and used may only be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Also, we do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged due to postal mishandling, please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly ship replacements.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If an order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request a return or cancellation within 14 days. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will keep in correspondence all throughout the return process, and let you know as soon as your request is approved. Upon approval, your order balance will be refunded to the payment method on-file. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If a significant amount of time has passed since your return has been approved, and your bank balance still doesn't reflect the amount refunded, please contact us at: support [at] ellipsisrecords.com.
